Hi there, I am Arundhati Ramesh

I came to UX through textiles.

I've lived with weavers to learn their craft. Sat in village government offices to understand broken systems.

Now I'm at UW researching how AI interprets linguistic identity for non-Western language speakers. I bring that same instinct to everything I do: go where the people are, not where it's convenient.

I'm a MS-HCDE student (4.0) with 2+ years of professional UX research and design experience across civic tech, agri tech, accessibility, and cross-cultural systems. I've run research across 21 disability categories to define product roadmap, shipped products used by 2M+ users, and built ideas at hackathons.

---

I'm actively seeking Summer 2026 UX research or design internships in the US. If your team is working on something that matters to people, I'd like to talk. And I'd be glad to contribute to it.
