PwDs face significant barriers in accessing employment opportunities due to a lack of access to tailored training, insufficient support networks, and limited accessibility in the job market.
PwDs often struggle to become qualified candidates due to fragmented sourcing channels and a lack of centralised platforms.
Moreover, it hinders the goal of increasing PwD employment. The problem is two-fold:
Developing a Qualified Candidate Pool: PwDs need access to training, resources, and tools, that equip them with the relevant skills and qualifications demanded by employers.
Creating Accessible Opportunities: There is a need for more job opportunities that are designed to accommodate their specific needs, general awareness, and support after placement.

Scope of the Project
For the first interaction (or MVP), we believed that enabling the enablers to function at scale should be the highest priority. Creating marketplaces for products, services, and opportunities should follow the creation of a solid base of qualified PwDs, enablers, and volunteers.
After research, we suggested that the Containers for Collaboration module should be amongst the first features to be released
